目的:通过悬浮聚合法合成含有Fe3O4磁性核的多孔聚合物微球,研究不同单体比例、致孔剂类型及用量对所合成磁性微球的形貌影响以发现最佳反应条件,最终将所合成的磁性多孔微球应用于从水溶液中去除阳离子染料罗丹明B,并证明成功。方法:1.通过改进的悬浮聚合法合成了磁性多孔四氧化三铁/聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-co-二乙烯基苯);2.通过红外及能谱表征产物的组成,使用扫描电镜及透射电镜表征产物的表面及内部形貌,通过热失重分析表征产物的聚合物包覆率,通过X射线粉末衍射表征产物的晶型,使用压汞法表征产物的多孔性及孔结构,利用超导量子干涉仪测定产物的磁性能;3.通过紫外分光光度法验证产物对于罗丹明B的吸附及其效果。结论:1.通过改进的悬浮聚合法成功合成磁性多孔四氧化三铁/聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-co-二乙烯基苯);2.表面聚合物的包覆并不影响四氧化三铁的晶型;3.产物的形貌及孔结构受到单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯与致孔剂二乙烯基苯的比例、致孔剂类型及用量等多方面影响;4.所合成的产物对于罗丹明B有很好的吸附效果,同时具有很好的重复利用性;5.所合成的聚合物在废水中重金属的去除、酶固定化、药物的靶向释放及生物分离等方面都有潜在应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To synthesize porous polymer microspheres containing Fe3O4 magnetic nucleus by suspension polymerization and to study the effect of different monomer ratio, porogen type and dosage on the morphology of the synthesized magnetic microspheres in order to find out the best reaction conditions. Finally, The synthesized magnetic porous microspheres were used to remove cationic dye Rhodamine B from aqueous solution and proved successful. The magnetic porous ferroferric oxide / poly (methylmethacrylate-co-divinylbenzene) was synthesized by the improved suspension polymerization method; 2.The composition of the product was characterized by IR and EDS, The surface and internal morphology of the product were characterized by transmission electron microscopy. The polymer coverage of the product was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis. The crystal form of the product was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction. The porosimetry and pore structure of the product were characterized by mercury intrusion porosimetry. Superconducting quantum interference spectrophotometer was used to measure the magnetic properties of the product.3. The adsorption of rhodamine B on the product was verified by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Conclusions: 1. The magnetic porous ferroferric oxide / poly (methyl methacrylate-co-divinylbenzene) was successfully synthesized by the improved suspension polymerization method; 2. The coating of the surface polymer did not affect the content of iron oxide Of the crystal form; 3. The product morphology and pore structure by the monomer methyl methacrylate and porogen divinylbenzene ratio, porogen type and dosage and many other aspects; 4. The resulting product for Rhodamine B has a good adsorption effect, at the same time has a good reusability; 5. The synthesized polymer in the removal of heavy metals in wastewater, enzyme immobilization, drug release and the potential of targeted biological potential Value.
