湖南作为全国“两型”社会建设的先行者,承担着为“两型”社会建设探路的重任,同时将发展低碳经济作为“两型社会”建设的突破口。目前,湖南金融对低碳经济发展及两型社会建设的支持仍存在很多不足,表现出“总量不足、结构欠佳、市场化程度不高”的特点。本文立足于湖南省情,提出了深化金融体系内生性,创新金融服务支持模式,通过多渠道、多方式提升金融对湖南经济发展系统方案,为湖南低碳经济发展及“两型”社会建设提供参考。
Hunan, as a forerunner of the national “two-type” social construction, undertakes the important task of exploring the road to social construction while at the same time regards the development of a low-carbon economy as a breakthrough point in the construction of a “two-oriented society.” At present, there are still many deficiencies in Hunan’s financial support for the development of a low-carbon economy and the construction of a two-oriented society, which shows the characteristics of “insufficient gross amount, poor structure and low marketization degree.” Based on the situation of Hunan Province, this paper puts forward some suggestions to deepen the endogenous financial system, innovate financial service support mode, enhance the financial system of Hunan’s economic development through multi-channel and multi-modalities, and promote the development of low-carbon economy in Hunan and the “two-type” society Construction for reference.
