信用是公民的安身立命之本,是企业的兴旺发达之道,是政府的公正公信之源。诚信缺失、不讲信用,不仅危害经济社会发展,破坏市场和社会秩序,而且损害社会公正,损害群众利益,妨碍民族和社会文明进步。当前,我国正处于加快转变经济发展方式、实现科学发展的战略机遇期,社会信用体系建设任务十分紧迫。加快社会信用体系建设,对于加快转变经济发展方式、完善社会主义市场经济体制、创新和加强社会管理、构建和谐社会以及进一步深化对外经济合作等都具有十分重要的作用。
