在社会多元化发展的今天,女性承担的角色也呈现多元化趋势,心理健康问题呈现出一些独有的特点,表现在:与情感有关的婚姻、家庭、恋爱等关系带来的伤痛和困惑,生存中由竞争的弱势带来的压力,对子女教育高期望与现实不协调的困惑等,这些问题的产生与当前社会仍存的对女性的歧视、传统的性别角色分工、女性自身的性格缺陷等原因分不开。女性是一个独特的群体,在心理咨询中从关怀伦理出发来建立关怀思想和良好的咨访关系,促进女性心理的健康发展具有十分重要的意义。
