十七大报告强调:“全党同志特别是领导干部都要讲党性、重品行、作表率。”这是以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央面对新形势新任务,对全党提出的普遍要求。组织部门是党的工作的重要职能部门,也是党的自身建设的重要部门。在建设社会主义伟大事业中,组织部门和组工干部负有重要责任,必须带头讲党性、重品行、作表率。
