用荧光探针DPH标记伯氏疟原虫膜脂,在荧光显微分光光度计下测其荧光偏振度P值。结果表明抗青蒿酯钠伯氏疟原虫膜的P值大于正常伯氏疟原虫膜的P值。提示抗青蒿酯纳伯氏疟原虫膜的流动性低于正常伯氏疟原虫膜的流动性。
The fluorescent probe DPH was used to label P. berghei membrane lipids, and its fluorescence polarization P value was measured under fluorescence microscopy. The results show that the P value of anti-artemisinin and berberine membrane is greater than that of normal P. berghei membrane. Suggesting that the fluidity of the anti-Artemisiae helveticus Nubianflora membrane is lower than that of the normal P. berghei membrane.
