目的:探讨白藜芦醇对胰岛素抵抗模型小鼠血脂和血小板活化的影响。方法:30只C57BL/6J小鼠适应性喂养1周,分为正常对照组(NC组)7只、高脂喂养组(HF组)9只和白藜芦醇组(HR组)14只,分别施以不同处理因素,16周后行高胰岛素-正葡萄糖钳夹技术,颈静脉取血,分析小鼠血脂指标和血小板活化程度。结果:HF组血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、游离脂肪酸和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著高于NC组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著低于NC组(P<0.05);HR组血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、游离脂肪酸和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著低于HF组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于HF组(P<0.05)。与NC组比较,HF组血小板早期活化程度显著增强(P<0.05),而HR组血小板早期活化程度较HF组显著减弱(P<0.05);3组血小板晚期活化程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:白藜芦醇能降低小鼠血脂水平、抑制血小板早期活化。
Objective: To investigate the effects of resveratrol on serum lipid and platelet activation in insulin resistance model mice. Methods: Thirty C57BL / 6J mice were fed for one week adaptively and were divided into seven groups: normal control group (NC group), high fat diet group (HF group) and resveratrol group (HR group) Different treatment factors were applied. After 16 weeks, hyperinsulinemic-glucose clamp technique and blood sampling of jugular vein were performed. Blood lipids and platelet activation were analyzed. Results: The levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, free fatty acid and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in HF group were significantly higher than those in NC group (P <0.05) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly lower than that in NC group (P <0.05) Total cholesterol, triglyceride, free fatty acid and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly lower than HF group (P <0.05), and high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than HF group (P <0.05). Compared with NC group, the early activation of platelet in HF group was significantly increased (P <0.05), while the activation of platelet in HR group was significantly lower than that in HF group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in platelet activation between the three groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Resveratrol can reduce the blood lipid level of mice and inhibit the early activation of platelets.
