渗碳结构钢在民用发动机零件上应用较为普遍,如齿轮、联杆、轴类零件等,由于渗层表面硬度较高,磨削时易产生磨削裂纹。我厂生产的长江-750发动机主联杆,材质为20CrMnTi,内孔渗碳层厚0.9~1.2毫米,表而硬度HRC60~64。在1980年生产中,磨削时,发现成批零件出现严重龟纹、金属层剥落。为此,我们从零件材质、模锻件质量、热处理工艺、磨削工艺等方而进行了分析试验,
