经过改革开放十五年,特别是近两年的加快改革和高速发展,我国的经济改革和经济建设都取得了很大成绩。今年,财政、金融、税收、投资、外汇等各项重大改革措施相继出台,这些改革环环相扣,涉及面广,纷繁复杂。因此,在新经济态势下认清经济形势,有效地解决经济运行中出现的新问题,以推进各项改革开放的顺利进行,关系到我们整个事业的成败。 今年头四个月,经济发展势头良好,首季国内生产总值增长12.7％,工业产值增长18.6％,金融运行和货币回笼情况正常,国内市场平稳,商品供应丰富,出口稳中有升,进口增势不减,汇率稳定,财政收入增长21.4％,收大于支77亿元。总的来看,中央宏观调控措施取得成效,经济保持了良好的运行趋势,固定资产投资
