所谓赏识,就是欣赏、认同,给人以赞扬或表扬,来调动人的积极性。“赏识管理”即在管理过程中以人为本,充分激发个体的内在潜能和精神动力,改变被管理者的情意状态,达到外部管理与自我管理协调一致的管理机制。一、从认识上赏识教师一个学校的发展和创新,仅仅依靠校长或学校领导班子去开几个行政会或自己在办公室冥思苦想是远远不够的。作为学校管理者,就要营造氛围,让教师敢提、想提建议和新的思路。1.赏识教师的创新之举,激发灵感的火花
