CNC齿轮测量中心是检测齿轮误差的主要设备。为了快速测量并评定出齿轮的单项误差,开发一套稳定、性能高、便于人机交互的测量软件是重要的。由于齿轮参数复杂、误差项目多,因此在开发软件之前,需要对软件进行架构设计。以圆柱齿轮为例,利用UML统一建模语言对其测量软件进行了用例图、类图、状态图的设计,并在最后列出了圆柱齿轮测量软件测试用例和主要界面。经过测试,设计的软件稳定可靠,便于功能扩展及管理。
CNC gear measurement center is the main equipment to detect gear error. In order to quickly measure and evaluate individual errors of gears, it is important to develop a stable, high-performance and user-friendly measurement software. Due to the complicated gear parameters and many error items, the software needs to be designed before the software is developed. Taking cylindrical gear as an example, UML unified modeling language was used to design the measurement software using case diagram, class diagram and state diagram. Finally, the test cases and main interface of the cylindrical gear measurement software were listed. After testing, the design of the software is stable and reliable, easy to function expansion and management.
