在培养室内以中美山杨幼苗为材料进行砂培试验,探讨不同磷素浓度处理对中美山杨幼苗生物量分配以及根、茎、叶磷浓度的影响。结果表明:幼苗生物量受磷素供给浓度影响显著,7-9月份生物量在磷素正常供应1.0 mmol/L时达最大值,叶片中的生物量随磷素浓度降低而降低。随着供磷水平的提高,苗木体内磷浓度明显增加。
Sand culture experiments were conducted in Populus tomentosa seedlings in the laboratory to investigate the effect of different phosphorus treatments on the biomass allocation and the phosphorus concentration in roots, stems and leaves of Populus davidiana. The results showed that the biomass of seedlings was significantly affected by the concentration of phosphorus supplied. The biomass of the seedlings reached the maximum at the normal supply of 1.0 mmol / L of phosphorus in July-September, and the biomass of the leaves decreased with the decrease of the concentration of phosphorus. With the increase of phosphorus supply, the phosphorus concentration in seedlings significantly increased.
