目的:研究人参皂甙对培养大鼠皮层神经细胞自由基损伤的保护作用。方法:应用O-2和H2O2对培养大鼠皮层神经细胞损伤模型。结果:与损伤组比较,人参皂甙保护组的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放量显著减少(P<0.01);而细胞存活率显著增高(P<0.01)。结论:人参皂甙能保护培养大鼠皮层神经细胞少受自由基损伤。
Objective: To study the protective effect of ginsenosides on free radical damage of rat cortical neurons. METHODS: O2 and H2O2 were used to culture rat cortical neurons. RESULTS: Compared with the injured group, the release of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) from the ginsenoside-protected group was significantly reduced (P<0.01), while the cell survival rate was significantly increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: Ginsenoside can protect rat cortical neurons from free radical damage.
