我科在1990年共手术治疗颅内动脉瘤50例。其中有4例病人反复蛛网膜下腔出血,而脑血管造影阴性。我们根据CT的表现进行了手术探查,均证实为前交通动脉瘤,并成功地行瘤蒂夹闭。
Our department in 1990 a total of 50 cases of intracranial aneurysms. Four of these patients had subarachnoid hemorrhage repeatedly, whereas cerebrovascular angiography was negative. Surgical exploration was performed on the basis of CT findings, both of which were confirmed as anterior communicating aneurysms and successfully clogged.
