厌学是导致后进生辍学的主要原因。应从以下三方面入手防止后进生辍学:一是注重思想教育,帮助后进生树立正确的世界观、人生观。后进生辍学不仅是由于学习成绩不好,还受家长或监护人“读书无用论”等错误思想的影响,使他们对知识价值产生认识上的偏差,最终导致辍学。要从源头上制止辍学,就要加强对学生的思想教育,引导后进生增强学习兴趣,端正学习态度。教师要广泛收集、整理“知识改
