我科对194例非手术方法治疗宫外孕患者动态地进行血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素β-亚单位放射免疫测定(β-hCG-RIA)。结果显示:146例占75.3%是阳性结果。其水平范围分布在10.4nmol/L～187.4nmol/L 之间。hCG 在血内存在的时间一般是1～6周。其中β-hCG 值低于69.4nmol/L,以及高于173.5nmol/L。笔者认为,以上结果在非手术方法治疗宫外孕中,观察病情是否趋于稳定,具有一定的参考价值。
Our department of 194 cases of non-surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients with dynamic human chorionic gonadotropin β-subunit radioimmunoassay (β-hCG-RIA). The results showed that: 146 cases accounted for 75.3% of positive results. The horizontal distribution of 10.4nmol / L ~ 187.4nmol / L between. The time that hCG exists in the blood is generally 1 to 6 weeks. Β-hCG values below 69.4 nmol / L and above 173.5 nmol / L.
