高职高专的固定资产是学校发展的物质保障,固定资产的管理成果直接影响教学活动的进行。文章浅析了高职高专的固定资产管理现状,指出一些在基建管理和维修管理中存在的问题,浅谈固定资产管理的效率提高措施。
The fixed assets of higher vocational colleges are the material guarantee of school development. The management results of fixed assets directly affect the teaching activities. The paper analyzes the status quo of fixed assets management in higher vocational colleges, points out some existing problems in infrastructure management and maintenance management, and discusses measures to improve the efficiency of fixed assets management.
