本文报道了红霉素及四环素与杀灭裂殖体药氯喹、奎宁和甲氟喹配伍对恶性疟无性期原虫抗氯喹株和敏感株的作用。氯喹和乙胺嘧啶抗性株(K_1株)和敏感株(TZ)原虫连续培养至原虫血症>5%时,参照Rieckmann微量法,加入抗疟药和[~(14)C]异亮氨酸。盐酸四环素和二磷酸氯喹用水溶解,甲氟喹和奎宁分别用1%DMF和0.15%乙醇溶解。用96井的测定板,每6井加入相同配伍量的药液5μl;对照12井,每井加入5μl溶剂,然后每井加入50μl 6%含原虫的
In this paper, the effects of erythromycin and tetracycline combined with clenbuterol, chloroquine, quinine and mefloquine on chloroquine resistant and susceptible strains of falciparum falciparum protozoal of Plasmodium falciparum were reported. Chloroquine and pyrimethamine-resistant strains (K_1 strain) and sensitive strains (TZ) protozoa were cultured continuously to protozoa> 5%, according to Rieckmann microdialysis, adding antimalarial and [~ (14) C] acid. Tetracycline hydrochloride and chloroquine diphosphate were dissolved in water, mefloquine and quinine were dissolved in 1% DMF and 0.15% ethanol, respectively.
