In the publishing world, the use of peer review and reading except for reading the meaning of books, often accustomed to use the same meaning. But I think it might be more precise and more beneficial to use them as two concepts that are not exactly the same but linked. Review of the process, not only from reading the manuscript has been completed. Because, from the discussion, the formulation of the topic plan, we must consider the reading of manuscripts to consider some of the issues, such as compliance with our guidelines and tasks, the scope of the book; is suitable for our editorial general idea and should include what Content and more. In other words, it has been related to the reading of the manuscript. Therefore, peer review is a broader concept than reading, including reading manuscripts and some related work before and after the review. However, the review only refers to the work of reading and reviewing the manuscript at this stage.
