社会治安的稳定与否关系到国家的兴旺发达。在新旧体制转轨时期,面对新的形势,公安机关加强了各方面的改革,但密切联系群众、走充分与群众相结合的路线仍是当前以至今后治安工作最重要的法宝。只有这样,才能保障社会的长治久安。本文着重探讨了我国治安工作依靠群众的历史发展,分析了治安工作与密切联系群众的关系,以及治安工作密切联系群众的基本思路。
The stability of social order is related to the prosperity of the country. In the new and old system transition period, in the face of the new situation, the public security organs have stepped up reforms in all fields. However, maintaining close ties with the masses and taking the route of combining them with the masses is still the most important magic weapon in public order at present and in the future. Only in this way can social long-term stability be guaranteed. This article focuses on the work of law and order in our country relying on the historical development of the masses, analyzes the relationship between law and order and the close ties with the masses, as well as the basic idea of the public order in close contact with the masses.
