目前我国的高等职业学校主要有普通本科院校下设的二级学院、高等专科学校、独立设置的职业技术学院和成人高校等。其中独立设置的职业技术学院成为高等职业教育的主力军。作者站在专业教学及管理的角度,指出高职院校在办学条件、学制、师资力量、课程设置、教学评价体系、就业导向等方面存在的问题,并提出一些相应的对策。
At present, the higher vocational schools in our country mainly include the second-level colleges and universities under the common undergraduate colleges, the higher vocational colleges, the independent vocational and technical colleges and the adult colleges and universities. Among them, the independent technical college has become the main force of higher vocational education. From the perspective of professional teaching and management, the author points out the existing problems of higher vocational colleges in terms of school conditions, schooling system, teachers’ ability, curriculum setup, teaching evaluation system and employment orientation, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
