液压电磁铁制动器是用在桥式和门式起重机上的一种装置。由液压制动器、制动架及硅整流器三部分组成。具有起动与制动平稳、无冲击、无噪音、寿命长、工作灵敏可靠、可自动补偿制动抱闸耐磨损等优点,目前应用较广。现将我厂几年来为用户服务常碰到的问题及解决办祛总结出来,供参考。液压电磁铁的结构如图1,其动作原理是:启动时,接通380伏电源,经整流器整流,使电磁铁线圈4通电,动铁心3上升,工作间隙19中的油产生压力,阀片18关闭通道16,油被迫进入推杆13与静铁心8之间
