传感器故障检测在机械故障诊断系统中具有重要意义。本文在分析监测对象工作特性和传感器故障特征的基础上,首次系统提出三种基于信号处理的传感器故障检测技术:经典信号处理方法、小波分析和分形理论。分别介绍了它们的原理、方法并通过例子证明了用于传感器故障检测的可行性。
Sensor fault detection in the mechanical fault diagnosis system is of great significance. Based on the analysis of the working characteristics of the monitoring object and the characteristics of the sensor fault, this paper proposes three fault detection techniques based on signal processing for the first time: classical signal processing method, wavelet analysis and fractal theory. Introduced their principle and method respectively and demonstrated the feasibility of using sensor fault detection by examples.
