目的：探讨宫腹腔镜联合 COOK导丝疏通术诊治不孕症的临床疗效。方法：选择90例经子宫输卵管造影术后诊断为输卵管阻塞采用宫腹腔镜联合COOK导丝疏通术。结果：90例患者发现输卵管病变89例，对病变进行治疗再通率68．4％，随访一月到两年，妊娠41例，宫外孕2例，过期流产1例。结论：应用宫腹腔镜联合 COOK导丝疏通术治疗不孕症可完成宫腔及盆腔病变的检查与治疗，同时治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕。疗效可靠，值得临床推广应用。“,”Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy combined COOK guide -wire to clear the value of surgical treatment of infertility .Methods 90 cases diagnosed by hysterosalpingography after tubal occlusion using laparoscopy and hysteroscopy combined COOK guide-wire to clear the surgery .Results 90 patients found 89 cases of tubal disease ,treatment of the disease and then rate of recanalization 68 .4% ,follow -up one month to two years ,pregnancy in 41 cases ,2 cases of ectopic pregnancy ,missed abortion in 1 case .Conclusion :Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy combined COOK guide -wire can be done to clear the treatment of infertility and pelvic cavity examination and treatment of disease , and treatment of tubal obstruction infertility .Effective ,reliable ,worthy of clinical application .
