目的:探讨营养自助餐对2型糖尿病患者餐后血糖的影响。方法:58名2型糖尿病患者分成自助餐组和非自助餐组,分别测定前后两天的中餐后1小时血糖。结果:与前一天相比,自助餐组第二天的中餐后1小时血糖明显降低。与非自助餐组相比,自助餐组第二天中餐后1小时血糖明显降低。结论:2型糖尿病病人营养自助餐非常有助于餐后血糖的控制。“,”Objective :To study the effect of the nutritional buffet on the blood glucose of 1 hour after lunch in T2DM .Method :58 dia-betes subjects were divided into the buffet subgroup and the no -buffet subgroup and assayed the blood glucose of 1 hour after lunch in the first day and the second day .Result :To compare with the second day ,it is obviously reduced that the blood glucose of 1 hour after lunch in the first day in the buffet subgroup .The blood glucose of 1 hour after lunch is significantly lowered in the second day ( the buffet subgroup vs the no -buffet subgroup) .Conclusion :The nutritional buffet contribute to reducing the blood glucose of 1 hour after lunch in T2DM .
