目的 :探讨联合检测血清甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶同工酶F(GPDA -F)和γ -谷氨酰转肽酶同工酶Ⅱ (GGT-Ⅱ )对提高原发性肝癌 (PHC)诊断水平的价值。方法 :采用阶段梯度垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分离检测血清GP DA -F和GGT -Ⅱ ,比较单独与同步检测这二项指标对PHC诊断的特异性和敏感性。结果 :GPDA -F与GGT -Ⅱ单项指标对PHC诊断的敏感性分别 85 .3 %和 67.6% ,同步检测可使PHC诊断的敏感性提高到 93 .1%。若该两项指标同时阳性 ,诊断PHC的特异性达 96.6%。结论 :联合检测GPDA -F和GGT -Ⅱ可以提高对PHC的定性诊断水平。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of combined detection of serum GPDA-G and GGT-Ⅱ on primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) diagnostic value of the value. Methods: Separation and detection of serum GP DA -F and GGT-Ⅱ by phase-gradient vertical plate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were performed. The specificity and sensitivity of these two indices for the diagnosis of PHC were compared. Results: The sensitivity of single index of GPDA-F and GGT-Ⅱ to the diagnosis of PHC was 85.3% and 67.6% respectively. Simultaneous detection increased the sensitivity of PHC diagnosis to 93.1%. If the two indicators were positive at the same time, the specificity of diagnosis of PHC reached 96.6%. Conclusion: Combined detection of GPDA-F and GGT-Ⅱ can improve the qualitative diagnosis of PHC.
