广东省老干部大学在长期办学实践中,以人为本,探索形成了“健康快乐”的核心教育理念,坚持以学员“健康快乐”为目的,在教学中突出学员的主体地位和作用,以学员“健康快乐”作为学校一切工作的出发点和落脚点,不断提升办学质量和服务水平。该校成为全国老年教育系统唯一一所被中央文明委授予“全国文明单位”、荣获“全国五一劳动奖状”殊荣的学校。
