本研究从高职英语的培养目标出发,调查研究了高职学生实习单位双语使用情况,主要是是使用英语的情况,旨在了解高职学生英语能力与市场需求之间存在的关系,从而给高职英语教改提出了一些建议。研究结果表明学生在实习岗位上使用英语的频率不是很高但有使用英语的需求;学生目前所学的英语知识可以应对目前的岗位,但要面对更高的要求就显得知识匮乏;在英语听说读写技能中,高职的学生还应加大听说的培养,尤其是与实际生活和岗位相关的听说训练。
This study starts with the training objectives of English in higher vocational colleges, and investigates and studies the bilingual use of higher vocational students. The main purpose is to use English, aiming to understand the relationship between higher vocational students’ English ability and market demand. Higher vocational English teaching reform put forward some suggestions. The research results show that students use English internships at a low frequency but they need to use English. The students’ current knowledge of English can cope with the current position, but they face a higher demand and there is a lack of knowledge; In listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, students in higher vocational colleges should also increase the training of listening and speaking, especially listening and speaking training related to real life and positions.
