目的:建立同时测定工作场所空气中丙酮、甲酸乙酯、乙酸乙酯、丁酮、苯、乙酸丙酯、乙腈、甲基异丁基甲酮、甲苯、乙酸丁酯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、乙酸戊酯、邻二甲苯的溶剂解吸毛细管柱气相色谱法。方法:采用活性炭管采集空气样品,二硫化碳解吸后进样,经CPWAX 52CB 30 m×0.25 mm,DF:0.25毛细管柱分离,FID检测器,气相色谱法测定。结果:14种有机化合物分离良好,相关系数均大于0.9995,各组分检出限在0.19~0.9之间,加标回收率在91%~107%。结论:该方法适用于同时测定工作场所空气中丙酮等14种有机化合物。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of acetone, ethyl formate, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, benzene, propyl acetate, acetonitrile, methyl isobutyl ketone, toluene, butyl acetate, paraxylene, Capillary gas chromatography with solvent desorption of amyl acetate and o - xylene. Methods: Air samples were collected by activated charcoal tube and desorbed with carbon disulfide. The samples were separated by CPWAX 52CB 30 m × 0.25 mm, DF: 0.25 capillary column, FID detector and gas chromatography. Results: The 14 organic compounds were well separated with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.9995. The detection limits were 0.19 ~ 0.9. The recoveries were 91% -107%. Conclusion: This method is suitable for simultaneous determination of 14 organic compounds such as acetone in the air of the workplace.
