On November 14th, the 2008 Annual Meeting of the Municipal Survey and Design Committee of the Henan Municipal Public Utility Association was held in Luoyang. The conference was organized by the Luoyang City Urban Construction Survey and Design Institute and municipal surveys were conducted in 13 prefectures and cities in the province. A total of more than 50 representatives of design units attended the meeting.
