本文首先指出风俗三大特征:基本的地情元素;具有承载历史、折射时代的功能;来自人民,为了人民。重点从四个方面谈了如何以科学发展观指导编修工作。并指出,风俗入志是保证第二轮修志资料完整性、科学性的需要,是体现地方特色、时代特色的需要,也是体现地方志政治价值、社会价值、历史价值和文化价值的需要。
This article first points out three main characteristics of customs: the basic element of geography; the function of carrying history and refraction times; the people and the people. Focus on how to guide the editing work with the scientific outlook on development from four aspects. It also points out that the need for customs to embody the need to ensure the integrity and scientific nature of the second round of Chi Chi data is a reflection of local characteristics and the characteristics of the times as well as the need to reflect the political value, social value, historical value and cultural value of the local chronicles.
