雌三酵(E_3)是由胎儿和胎盘共同产生的甾体激素,目前公认以E_3含量来判断胎儿—胎盘功能、预测胎儿预后是最可靠的方法。我们应用放射免疫分析(RIA)测定了3893名孕妇血清中E_3含量,取得了较为满意的效果。现将我们应用情况介绍如下:
Estriol (E_3) is a steroid hormone produced by the fetus and placenta. Currently it is generally accepted that the determination of fetal-placental function with the content of E_3 and the prediction of fetal prognosis are the most reliable methods.
