Document information work is about the production, collection, collation, dissemination, storage and utilization of documentary information. It involves a large number of departments such as editing, publishing, distribution, archives, books and intelligence. This article is divided into four parts to discuss the theory and practice of literature and information work. I. Establishment of Document Information Resource System Establishing a system of document information resources with reasonable layout and coordination is the necessary prerequisite for carrying out document information work.
