拜泉县有五十八万人口,农村人口就有五十二万,是个以生产粮食为主的农业大县。过去曾有过呼(呼兰)、海(海伦)、巴(巴彦)、拜(拜泉)全省四个产粮大县之说。而今,由于连年遭受自然灾害,竟然戴上了贫困县的帽子。面对这样一个现实,我们拜泉县图书馆应该把面向农村科技兴农、科技兴县做为工作的重点,突出抓好为农村经济建设服务这项工作。基于这样一个指导思想,多年来,我们在为经济建设服务工作中,采取种种可能奏效的有利措施,全力抓好为农村经济服务工作。
Baiquan County, with a population of 580,000 and a rural population of 520,000, is a large agricultural county that mainly produces grain. In the past there have been calls (Hulan), sea (Helen), Pakistan (Bayan), thanks to (Baiquan) province’s four major grain-producing county said. Now, due to successive years of natural disasters, even put on the hat of poor counties. In the face of such a reality, we should pay attention to the task of developing agriculture by science and technology and revitalizing agriculture by science and technology in Quan County Library, and give prominence to the task of serving the rural economic construction. Based on such a guiding principle, over the years, we have taken all kinds of advantageous measures that may be effective in serving the economic construction and doing our best to serve the rural economy.
