本文测定了40例充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者和20例正常人血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)、肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平,并对24例CHF患者和16例正常人加测了血栓素B2(TxB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-K-PGF1α)水平以及两者的比值。结果表明:①心衰患者血浆LPO、E、NE水平高于对照组,且血浆LPO、NE水平均与心衰的严重程度相平行;②心衰患者血浆6-K-PGF1α、TxB2及TxB2/6-K-PGF1α值均高于对照组,且均与心衰的严重程度相平行;③心衰患者血浆LPO水平与血浆E、NE、TxB2水平以及TxB2/6-K-PGF1α值均呈正相关,而与血浆6-K-PGF1α水平无相关性。
In this study, the levels of plasma lipid peroxides (LPO), epinephrine (E) and norepinephrine (NE) were measured in 40 patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) and 20 normal subjects. Thromboxane B2 (TxB2) and 6-Keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-K-PGF1α) levels and their ratios were measured in 16 normal subjects. The results showed that: ① The levels of plasma LPO, E and NE in patients with heart failure were higher than those in controls, and the levels of plasma LPO and NE were in parallel with the severity of heart failure. ② The plasma levels of 6-K-PGF1α, TxB2 and TxB2 / 6-K-PGF1αwere higher than that of the control group, and both were in parallel with the severity of heart failure. ③ The plasma LPO level in patients with heart failure was positively correlated with the levels of E, NE, TxB2 and TxB2 / 6-K-PGF1α , But not with plasma 6-K-PGF1α level.
