“学校应该从孩子的长远发展着眼,采用多元评价制度,把对孩子的评价方式贯穿在平时,教师也要放下师道尊严,多接近孩子,让孩子们顺应成长规律,慢慢走,慢慢悟,慢慢长。”评价主体的多元给予孩子们一种来自自己、伙伴、老师、家人和社会的多方鼓励与肯定,弹性的评价方式让孩子们在不同的活动场景中收获喜悦。作为教师我们向着孩子出发,向着孩子成长需求出发,向着孩子身心发展出发,在“发现孩子”的同时也能够真正“成就孩子”!因此家访便成为儿童成长路上不可忽视的一道美丽的风景。
