中医药在防治恶性肿瘤中的作用,日益引起人们的重视,来源于中药、植物药的抗癌制剂已有效地用于临床治疗。自中药及植物药中筛选提取抗癌有效成分,是研制开发抗肿瘤药物的重要途径,本文就近年来从中药及植物药中发现的对致突变剂、致癌剂以及促癌剂具有抑制作用的有效成分作一概述。川芎内酯(Senkyunolide)是从川芎的甲醇提取物中分离出来的具有抗突变作用的肽类化合物,将紫外线照射的大肠杆菌(E.ColiB/rwpztrp)铺于含川芎内酯的脱琼脂SEM板上培养,计数回复突变菌(Trp~-→Trp~+)的菌落数,测定川芎`酯的抗突变效果,实验发现
The role of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors has increasingly attracted people’s attention. Anti-cancer preparations derived from Chinese medicine and plant medicine have been effectively used in clinical treatment. The screening of effective anti-cancer components from traditional Chinese medicines and botanicals is an important way to develop anti-cancer drugs. This article is effective in the suppression of mutagens, carcinogens, and carcinogens found in traditional Chinese medicines and botanicals in recent years. The composition gives an overview. Senkyunolide is a peptide compound with antimutagenic activity isolated from the methanol extract of Chuanxiong, and it is coated with ultraviolet-irradiated Escherichia coli (E.ColiB/rwpztrp) on a desorption SEM plate containing Chuanxiong lactone. On the culture, count the number of colonies of the revertant mutant (Trp~-->Trp~+) and determine the anti-mutagenicity effect of Chuanxiong `Ester.
