试论加入WTO可能给社会治安带来的负效应与对策

加入“WTO”可能会给我国社会治安带来如下负效应:境外犯罪行为的影响加大;某些社会矛盾短期内可能加剧;涉外事件和案件将大量增加;犯罪的组织形式与行为方式将呈现新的特点。因此,要尽快了解、熟悉“WTO”的运行方式,有效提高民警素质,加大对境外犯罪和经济领域犯罪的预防和打击力度。

Joining the “WTO” may have the following negative effects on China’s social order: the impact of overseas criminal activities will increase; some social conflicts may intensify in the short term; the number of foreign affairs and cases will increase substantially; the organization and behavior of crimes will be presented New features. Therefore, we must understand and familiarize ourselves with the mode of operation of the “WTO” as soon as possible so as to effectively improve the quality of the civilian police and increase the prevention and crackdown on criminal activities in overseas criminal and economic fields.
