语言是文化的基石,文化通过语言文字的形式反映出来。语言与文化是密不可分的。特定的文化背景产生了各具特色的语言。所以说每一个国家和民族的语言都具有鲜明的个性。英语同样如此。因此想要真正学好英语就要了解隐藏在语言背后的文化,只有这样才能深刻理解所学语言并很好地运用。正因如此,几次教材改革后,英语教材的内容更贴近学生的生活,并蕴含着西方的文化。这就要求教师在教学过程中认真深入地分析教材,从多方面对学生进行文化教学。
Language is the cornerstone of culture, culture is reflected in the form of language. Language and culture are inseparable. Specific cultural contexts produce distinctive languages. So every language of every nation and nation has a distinctive personality. The same is true in English. Therefore, if you really want to learn English, you should understand the culture hidden behind the language. Only in this way can you understand the language well and make good use of it. Because of this, after several textbook reforms, the contents of English textbooks are closer to the students’ lives and contain western culture. This requires teachers in the teaching process in-depth analysis of teaching materials, from many aspects of cultural teaching students.
