《国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划信息化重点专项规划》(以下简称《专项规划》),日前经国家信息化领导小组批准颁布。《专项规划》指出:“十五”期间我国信息化发展必须努力完成信息技术推广应用、现代信息基础建设和加快发展电子信息产业三大任务。《专项规划》是“十五”期间我国国民经济和社会发展的十个重点专项规划之一,是我国编制的第一个国家信息化规划,是一份规范和指导全国信息化建设的纲领性文件。
The “Key Program of Informatization of the Tenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development” (hereinafter referred to as the “Special Plan”) was approved by the leading group for national informatization recently. The “special plan” states: During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period, China’s informationization development must strive to complete the three major tasks of popularization and application of information technology, modern information infrastructure and accelerating the development of the electronic information industry. “Special Planning” is one of the ten key special plans of our national economy and social development during the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” and is the first national informationization plan compiled by our country. It is a document that standardizes and guides the construction of national informatization Programmatic documents.
