１９９９年是我国改革进入攻坚阶段的一年。随着金融体制改革的深入，金融系统职工思想活跃，价值取向呈多样化特点。为了较全面地掌握金融系统职工的思想状况，１９９９年２月２日至６日，广西职工思想政治工作研究会会同广西金融工会、中国银行广西区分行、工商银行广西区分行、建设银行广西区分行、农业银行广西区分行的政工部门组成联合调查组，对百色地区金融系统职工思想政治工作状况进行了调查。通过调查了解，我们看到了百色地区金融系统在改革中取得了较好的成绩，为当地经济建设作出了贡献。百色地区金融系统干部职工团结进取、艰苦奋斗、兢兢业业，这使我们看到了金融体制改革和百色地区扶贫攻坚战胜利的曙光。百色地委副书记张少康同志在参加调查组总结会时指出，调查组的这次调查及时、深入、扎实，在区党委召开了经济工作会议和农村工作会议之后立即开展调查，工作做到了点子上。这种鼓舞和期望使我们认识到，今后我们的思想政治工作任务更重，我们将组织更多类似的调查，总结基层好的经验并推广应用，以推动全区思想政治工作更好地开展。

With the deepening of the reform of the financial system, the employees in the financial system are active in thinking and the value orientation is diversified. In order to comprehensively grasp the ideological status of staff and workers in the financial system, from February 2 to February 6, 1999, the Guangxi Research Institute for Ideological and Political Work of Workers and Staff Members, together with Guangxi Financial Union, Guangxi Branch of Bank of China, Guangxi Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Guangxi Branch of China Construction Bank Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China Guangxi Branch of the political departments to form a joint investigation team, the financial system of employees in Baise ideological and political work conducted a survey. Through investigation and understanding, we have seen that the financial system in Baise has achieved good results in the reform and contributed to the local economic construction. The cadres and workers of the financial system in Baise united and worked hard, worked diligently and conscientiously, which enabled us to see the dawn of financial system reform and the victory of the pro-poor fight in the poverty alleviation in Baise. Comrade Zhang Shaokang, deputy secretary of Bose and Earthkorn Comrades, when participating in the conclusion of the investigation team, pointed out: This investigation conducted by the investigation team was timely, in-depth and solid. The investigation was immediately conducted after the district party committee held the economic work conference and the rural work conference. on. This encouragement and expectation make us realize that in the future we will have even heavier tasks in ideological and political work. We will organize more similar investigations, summarize the good experiences of grassroots units and popularize the applications so as to promote better ideological and political work in the region.
