利用金属管基的充液球囊导管,制造大鼠胸、腹主动脉内皮损伤模型。采用放射免疫分析法测定大鼠血浆内源性类洋地黄因子(EDLF)含量,同时用光镜观察大鼠胸主动脉内皮损伤后的病理变化,并观察雷公藤多甙对血管内皮损伤和血浆EDLF含量的影响。结果显示血管内皮损伤后EDLF含量明显升高,血管内皮损伤局部附着较多炎性细胞。加用雷公藤多甙后,血管内皮损伤局部的炎性细胞明显减少,血浆EDLF含量的升高明显受到抑制。
Using a metal tube-filled liquid-filled balloon catheter, a rat thoracic and abdominal aortic endothelial injury model was made. Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of endogenous digitalis (EDLF) in rat plasma. The pathological changes of rat thoracic aorta endothelial cells were observed with light microscope. The effects of tripterygium wilfordii on endothelial cell injury and plasma Effect of EDLF content. The results showed that the content of EDLF in vascular endothelial cells was significantly increased, and more inflammatory cells were attached to the vascular endothelial cells.
