使用原子力显微镜原位观察聚氧乙烯(PEO)单晶在侧立(edge-on)和平躺(flat-on)片晶取向的聚1-丁烯(iPB-1)基底上的熔融行为.研究表明,PEO单晶在不同基底上的熔融行为有明显的差别.PEO熔体在片晶取向为edge-on的iPB-1基底上的浸润性要比在片晶取向为flat-on的iPB-1基底上的浸润性好.通过计算得到不同基底的表观自由能,并通过理论推导得到定量计算未知聚合物表面自由能的方法.
Atomic force microscopy was used to observe the melt behavior of poly (ethylene oxide) (PEO) single crystals on edge-on and flat-on sheet poly-1-butene (iPB-1) The results show that there is a significant difference in the melting behavior of PEO single crystal on different substrates.PEO melt is more infiltrated on iPB-1 substrate with edge-on orientation than that of iPB- 1 The wettability of the substrate is good.The apparent free energy of different substrates can be obtained by calculation, and the method of quantitatively calculating the surface free energy of the unknown polymer can be deduced theoretically.
