根据海洋污损生物对海洋水下设施的生物污损过程和防污机理,参照国内外防污涂料研究的最新进展,针对海滨电厂的管道生物污损问题,研制了以Cu2O、 ZnO为主体的DD-96-1型和以Cu2O、有机锡高聚物为主体的DD-96-2型防污涂料,经实验室内加速试验和实海渗出率测试,得到了较为满意的结果.
According to the biological fouling process and anti-fouling mechanism of marine fouling organisms to marine submarine facilities and with reference to the latest progress in antifouling coatings research at home and abroad, aiming at the biological fouling of pipelines in coastal power plants, Cu2O and ZnO are mainly developed DD-96-1 type and DD-96-2 type anti-fouling paint mainly composed of Cu2O and organotin polymers have been satisfactorily obtained by laboratory accelerated test and real-sea exudation rate test.
