随着社会主义市场经济的发展,经济体制改革的深入,国企发展面临的问题被摆在了更突出的位置。从国企内外部环境和问题的分析得出,企业在发展战略上应着力加强战略管理创新能力和技术创新能力。
With the development of the socialist market economy and the deepening of economic restructuring, the problems facing the development of state-owned enterprises have been put in a more prominent position. From the analysis of the internal and external environment and problems of state-owned enterprises, it is concluded that enterprises should make every effort to strengthen their strategic management and technological innovation capabilities in their development strategies.
