对心电图的研究最早始于1887年(Waller),从第一台弦线式心电图机的发明研制(1903年,Einthoven)至今已近90年。随着电子科学的迅速发展和临床研究的不断深入,心电图学已成为一门新学科-心电学。当今的心电学包含的内容除心电图学外,还有心向量图、心脏电生理、电病理、电药理以及心电仪器等。因此,它远远超出了过去的单纯心电图学的含义。鉴于目前心电图学仍是心电学的核心,它本身也在不断地发展,并将为临床医生提供更多、更新的诊疗信息。本文着重介绍最常用的心电图检测技术的临床应用的现状及若干进展。
The study of electrocardiography first began in 1887 (Waller), from the invention of the first string-type electrocardiograph (1903, Einthoven) nearly 90 years. With the rapid development of electronic science and the deepening of clinical research, electrocardiography has become a new discipline - ECG. Today’s ECG contains not only electrocardiography, but also the heart vector diagram, cardiac electrophysiology, electrical pathology, electrophysiology and ECG equipment. Therefore, it goes far beyond the meaning of pure electrocardiography of the past. In view of the fact that electrocardiography is still the core of electrocardiology at present, it is also constantly developing and will provide clinicians with more and more new treatment information. This article focuses on the most commonly used ECG detection of clinical application of the status quo and some progress.
