中国市场学会顾问、上海市市场学会名誉会长、上海财经大学梅汝和教授于2000年9月28日16点15分因急性心肌梗塞医治无效,在上海市华东医院逝世,事年82岁。梅老1918年诞生于江苏省江阴县,是中国市场学的奠基人之一,在中国市场学和工商管理学科的建设和发展方面做出了卓越的贡献,曾被美国传记协会列为上世纪末25年中世界500位有重大影响的杰出人物之一。梅老1935年就读于上海中华商科,当时就曾参与创办中英文刊物《译丛周
