提单作为收货人在目的港提取货物的凭证,对于保证国际贸易的安全和货物的融资流通都起着关键的作用。本文认为解决无单放货问题首先应结合客观实际,完善相关法律制度,还介绍了国际上现行的电子提单制度,包括电子提单制度的优势以及其在解决无单放货问题中的应用。
B / L as the consignee at the port of destination to pick up the voucher for the security of international trade and the flow of goods financing play a key role. This paper argues that the solution to the issue of release of goods without a single shipment should first be based on objective reality and perfecting the relevant legal system. It also introduces the current international electronic bill of lading system, including the advantages of the electronic bill of lading system and its application in solving the problem of release of goods without the original bill of lading.
