多抗甲素(Polyactin A)是从甲型溶血型链球菌深层培养液中提取的一种具有抗癌作用的生物活性物质。本文报道用细胞放射测定法与~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷参入自显影研究多抗甲素对体外培养的艾氏腹水癌细胞的作用,结果表明多抗甲素对腹水癌细胞的生长代谢具有明显的抑制作用。
Polyactin A is a kind of anti-cancer bioactive substance extracted from the deep culture solution of Streptococcus hemolyticus. This article reports the use of cellular radiometry and 3H-thymidine incorporation into autoradiography to study the effect of poly-A against Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells cultured in vitro. The results showed that poly-A has obvious effects on the growth and metabolism of ascites carcinoma cells Inhibition.
