要提高全民族的科学文化水平,提高语文教学质量是首要的一步。我虽也蹑足于语文教坛二十余年,但仍未走出这可喜的一步。回首之余,写下这几点体会,以期改进工作,并乞教于我的同行者。一、重实语文教学最重要的一条,就是注重实际,讲求实效。我平素教学,大多是依赖别人的参考资料和教学经验进行的。近几年来,方知:别人的资料经验再好,自己拿来用,要考虑实际不实际的问题。
To raise the scientific and cultural level of the entire nation and improve the quality of Chinese teaching are the first major steps. Although I am also content with the Chinese teaching and learning more than twenty years, I have not yet come out of this gratifying step. Looking back, write down these experiences, in order to improve the work, and begging to teach to my colleagues. First, heavy language teaching is the most important one is to pay attention to reality, stress practical results. I usually teaching, mostly dependent on others reference and teaching experience. In recent years, we know that no matter how experienced other people’s information is, we should take it for ourselves and consider actual unrealistic problems.
